The TVLogic FX-7 is a 7 inch field monitor with a 1920 x 1200 panel rated at 2000 cd/m2 and 1.073 billion colors. It is aimed at camera operators, focus pullers and directors who need a bright, accurate picture outdoors, with full touch screen control and six function and preset buttons for the tools used most often.

Two 12G/6G/3G/HD-SDI inputs let the FX-7 switch between two cameras or compare two sources in picture-by-picture. The SDI output is A/B selectable and can carry the LUT-applied image or an HDMI-to-SDI conversion, and the HDMI input accepts up to 4096 x 2160 60p with an HDMI output alongside. Power is through a LEMO 2-pin 12V DC input or USB-C PD (45W minimum), with a LEMO passthru output for another device. The body weighs 0.82 kg.

Monitoring tools include waveform, vectorscope, false color, focus assist, audio level meter, markers and timecode, with HDR monitoring in PQ and HLG, custom 3D LUT import, custom anamorphic desqueeze, image capture and overlay, and portrait mode for vertical content.
