Panasonic AW-UE160 4K PTZ Camera with 20x Zoom and ST 2110 Support

Panasonic AW-UE160 4K PTZ Camera with 20x Zoom and ST 2110 Support

The Panasonic AW-UE160 is a 4K integrated PTZ camera that brings studio camera image quality to remote heads. It uses a 1-type 4K MOS sensor with a 20x optical zoom lens (F2.8 to F4.5, 24.5 mm to 490 mm in 35 mm terms) and reaches F14 at 2000 lx in Low Light mode. It comes in two finishes: Pearl White AW-UE160W and Black AW-UE160K.

It is built for large events, studio recording and streaming where crew size and cost are limited. Phase Detection Autofocus, a focus guide for manual operation, V-Log and HLG compatibility, optical and electronic image stabilization and an optical low-pass filter for moire reduction keep the picture matched with system cameras. The newly developed PTZ mechanism pans ±175° and tilts from -30° to 210° at up to 180°/s, and runs at NC35 or less.

Connections cover 12G-SDI, two 3G-SDI outputs, HDMI 2.0, SFP+ for SMPTE ST 2110 (activated with the optional AW-SFU60 software key) with a return video input, NDI High Bandwidth, NDI HX2, SRT and RTMP streaming, two XLR audio inputs and PoE++ power.
